When Hayley and I began looking we decided to give Terry a call as we knew he was someone we could trust. Terry was fantastic. He made sure that we knew what was going on with our offers at all times. He gave us great advice and info on every home. The thing we most appreciated was that he was never in it for himself, we never felt pressured to make an offer and there were even houses that he showed us that after seeing them he steered us away from, even though they may have been a little more expensive. He had our well being at heart and that is something very hard to find anymore. We could not be more appreciative of Terry and lucky to have had him as our realtor, especially as first time homeowners.
